Shoos

Last month Adella and I had the opportunity to meet our most favorite shoe designer, Christian Louboutin, at an in-store event at South Coast Plaza. We waited in a very long line to meet Mr. Louboutin and have our shoes signed. ("our" as these shoes will be hers one day). I think she really likes them too...

Disney Land

Amanda and her girls, Laila and Maggie, came out to visit us and meet Adella for the first time last week. While they were here we went to Disney Land... for 9 hours!! It was Adella's first time there and I am now an annual passport holder! We went on the jungle cruise, winnie the pooh (x2), the carousel (x3), and it's a small world rides. It was a different experience going on all the kids rides and no roller coasters but so much fun! I don't have many friends out here with kids so it was a treat to have them come out and run around with us for a few days.

Walking

7 Months

Adella is 7 months now!! A few new milestones for her are sitting up on her own and playing with her toys, which means I can get more done around the house... practicing walking and babbling ("mamamama" and "babababa" no "dadada" yet) She can grab her pacifier and put it in her mouth, I make sure to put 2 in her crib at night so that each side as one depending on which way she rolls over. This has helped her sleep from 7:30 - 8:00pm till 7:00 - 7:30am. She also will lift her hands up for me to pick her up when she's ready. 

Gugs and Bill were out here visiting Adella Mon thru Wed. It was fun seeing them, only wish they could have stayed longer. I think she has a new favorite "Great Uncle"... as she was so happy playing with Bill and his watch.

We have some more friends visiting us this week so it will probably be a while before we post again. I will upload some cute videos soon!
